SHEInnovates Academy is a technical, vocational education and training program aimed at empowering out of school rural women with a diverse set of skills, knowledge, and resources. By offering training in weaving, hairdressing, tailoring, information technology, sexual reproductive health and rights, mental health, business management, and financial literacy, SHEInnovates Academy seeks to equip participants with the tools they need to improve their livelihoods, gain independence, and contribute positively to their communities.Through a comprehensive curriculum and a well-defined sustainability plan, SHEInnovates Academy aims to empower out of school rural women, create sustainable businesses, and fosterhealthier communities over the next five years and beyond.
